All credit purchases on Lychhee are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. We offer refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If a generation job fails due to a system error, credits are automatically restored to your account within 1 hour. If not, contact support@lychhee.com with the job ID.
