Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds and credit purchases.

General Policy

All credit purchases on Lychhee are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. We offer refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • Technical failure: generation failed due to a server error and credits were deducted — credits will be automatically restored
  • Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized transaction: you did not authorize the charge
  • Purchase within 24 hours with zero credits used: eligible for full refund

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits already used for generating content
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality
  • Account suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Purchases older than 7 days
  • Partial use of a credit bundle

How to Request a Refund

Email support@lychhee.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order/payment ID (found in Settings → Billing)
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Credit Restoration for Failed Jobs

If a generation job fails due to a system error, credits are automatically restored to your account within 1 hour. If not, contact support@lychhee.com with the job ID.
