Credits pay for AI generation. An image costs 1 to 3 credits; video is billed per second of output, at 0.5 to 9.5 credits a second depending on the model; voice is billed per 1,000 characters. The generator shows the model and its cost before you start, and your balance is in the top bar.
No. Credits do not expire while your account is active. If you delete your account, remaining credits are lost and not refunded.
A purchase made in the last 24 hours with no credits used can be refunded in full. Credits already used for generation are not refundable. The Refund Policy lists every case.
Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees. Card details go to Razorpay and never reach our servers.
Open Settings, go to History and use Sync recent payments. If the payment still does not show, email support@lychhee.com with the Razorpay payment ID.
A generation can fail because of a content policy block, a provider outage or a server error. The reason is shown on the failed creation. Credits are reserved when a job starts and returned to your balance automatically if it fails.
Usually one to five minutes, depending on the model and the length of the clip. Images usually take under a minute. You see live progress in the app.
Yes. You keep ownership of what you make and can use it commercially, including monetised YouTube videos, ads and client work. Some models carry their own terms, so check the model details.
Yes. Translate dubs a video into 20 languages, 9 of them Indian: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi. It is priced per started minute of video, and the quote is shown before you start.
Open your Profile and use Delete account. Your projects, generations and API keys are deleted straight away and cannot be recovered. Remaining credits are not refunded, and an active subscription is cancelled.
Yes, on your Profile page, for accounts that sign in with a password. We send a confirmation link to the new address, and the change applies once you open it.
Generated media files are stored for 90 days. Download anything you want to keep. You can also download a copy of your account data from your Profile.
A workflow chains steps on a canvas: text, your own uploads, then image, video, voice, music and avatar steps that feed each other. Every step shows its model and its credit price before anything runs, and it is saved to your account.
Describe a video and the planner proposes the steps, with a model for each and what running them would cost. It never runs anything or spends credits: you add the plan to your canvas and run it when you choose. Planner messages have a daily limit.
Yes. A public REST API and an MCP server let Claude, Cursor or any MCP client generate with your account. API keys are scoped, and read-only keys cannot spend credits. Create a key under Settings, Developer.
