Overview

Your account page at /profile. It shows who you are and where your account stands; billing and plan changes live in Settings.

What you can do

  • Change your display name. Choose Edit name, enter at least 2 characters and save.
  • See your credits and plan. The balance, your plan and its renewal date (or end date if you cancelled) come straight from your billing record. Select either card to open billing.
  • Change your email. If you signed up with email, enter the new address. We send a confirmation link and the change only happens once you confirm it. Accounts that use Google or Apple keep the address from that provider.
  • Change your password. If you signed up with email, we send a reset link to your address. Accounts that use Google or Apple have no Lychhee password to change.
  • Sign out of all devices. This ends every active session on your account, including the one you are using.

Two-factor sign-in

Turn it on under Two-factor sign-in: scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy), enter the 6-digit code, and from then on every sign-in asks for a code, including Google sign-ins. Turning it on signs your other devices out.

Keep the setup key somewhere safe. There are no recovery codes: if you lose your authenticator, only support can remove two-factor sign-in so you can get back in.

Your data

  • Download your data. A JSON file with your profile, payments, projects and generation history. Generated media is listed by link, not embedded. You can request it a few times an hour.
  • Delete account. Permanently removes your account, projects, generations and API keys. Your remaining credits are lost and your subscription is cancelled immediately, with no refund for the current period. You confirm by typing your email. Payment records held by Razorpay stay with them. Admin accounts cannot be deleted from here.

Receipts

Every payment in Settings, History has a Receipt button that opens a printable receipt (use your browser's Print to save a PDF). It is a payment receipt, not a tax invoice.
